First steps
The eight steps between signing up and your first order, in the order that makes sense.
The First steps card, on the Overview, tracks these items based on your store's data. You can do them in any order; the suggested order is the one that gets your store selling fastest.
1. Add your products
Catalog → Products → New product. A name, price, photos and stock are enough to get started. Products that come in sizes or colors get variants.
- Use Tiny ERP? Connect it in Settings → Integrations and import your catalog; from then on your stock stays in sync.
- Have lots of products and don't use Tiny? We import them for you during guided onboarding.
2. Connect payments
Settings → Integrations → Payments. Connect your Mercado Pago account to accept Pix and cards. The money goes straight into your account, with Mercado Pago's fees; Mobiari charges nothing per order.
3. Set up shipping
Settings → Integrations → Shipping. Choose one or more options:
- Carriers through Central do Frete, with quotes in the cart.
- Store pickup, in Operations → Physical locations.
- Local delivery with your own zones and rates.
Also add the boxes you pack your orders in (Operations → Shipping Boxes) so quotes come out right.
4. Set your brand
Settings → Brand profile. Logo, colors and fonts. They show up in your store's emails and are available to your theme.
5. Connect WhatsApp
Conversations → Channels and assistant. Connect your store's WhatsApp Business number. Conversations arrive in the inbox alongside your website chat, and you can turn on the assistant to answer questions about products, delivery times and orders.
6. Invite your team
Settings → Team → Invite. Each person gets an invitation by email and joins with the role you choose (Manager, Cashier, Marketing or a role of your own). Pending invitations count as people on your plan.
7. Use your domain
Your store is already live at its free address. To use

8. Get your first order
Share your store link on social media, on WhatsApp and on Instagram. In-person sales go through the POS, and sales made in a conversation can become an order right from the inbox.
